RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange. You can return your order within 7 days of purchase. Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are not returnable. Kindly contact JIFFRRY’Z GEM customer service at info@jiffrryzgem.com before returning your purchase. All returned goods undergo a quality inspection and must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in their original, undamaged packaging.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 20 days of the receipt of returned items. For all undamaged, unworn and correctly returned products we will refund the original amount minus shipping costs to the original form of payment.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your purchase, this must be done within 7 days of receiving your goods.
